Membership

We are pleased to share God's call to ministry through our current joint ministries:

• Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi
• Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
• Southern District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod

This organization strives to serve Christ in all persons and to seek justice and peace among all people. Our three denominations believe that we will be able to do far more together than we could alone. By sharing combined resources of time and talent, along with financial contributions, we can meet more needs and serve a wider constituency within God's kingdom in Mississippi.

3 Classes of Membership

1. Congregational Membership:

$25.00	under 50 members
$50.00	50-100 members
$100.00	over 100 members

Lutheran or Episcopal congregations in Mississippi are eligible to become members upon receipt of annual dues.

Each member congregation will have one vote at the LESM annual meeting.

2. Individual Membership:

Individual members are entitled to speak at the LESM annual meeting but have no vote.

3. Associate Membership:

This category was created for social ministries, congregations, or organizations that want to support and become involved in LESM.
